Title: Cotract timescale for purification
Post by 350cooler3 on Dec 1st, 2004 at 2:06pm
I am dealing with a sale of property which is suspensive on the purchaser obtaining planning permission. Notification that the purchasers were satisfied with the planning position was notified by fax at 17.03pm ::) on the day that the missives stated that they required to notify the seller that they were satisfied. There was no time of business hours stated in the missives, just that notification had to be made that day. Will the purchasers have purified the missives or in the absence of hours of business stated in missives is the Common Law position that business hours would apply. Many thanks in anticipation for your advices.  :-*
