Out of courtesy u should advise u'r present solicitor of your intention to move your business.  However, this is not essential.  U can simply go to another solicitor and they will request u'r file from u'r original solicitor.
If u were originally in receipt of legal aid u'r new solicitor will fill in a new advice & assistance application filling in Part B Section 5, which asks if the applicant has previously received A & A on this matter from another solicitor?  If they answer YES then they should provide an explaination as to why further A & A is required.
