Hell all,

any insights on the following problem: Can an offeree overtake a posted rejection with a faxed acceptance of the offer?

there doesnt seem to be any case law on the question at hand...any ideas on policy or where to start researching?

thanks

I always thought the postal acceptance rule was a little silly.  What if the Royal Mail loses your letter?
