The Next 10 years in Legal

We're doing some research for the Legal Software Suppliers Association - aiming to get a picture of what will drive changes in the legal profession in the UK during the next 10 years.  Lots of questions - but for starters:

If you are a lawyer intending to stay the course and you could change 3 things about your firm today to make it more successful, what are they?

If you are a client (personal or business) of lawyers, what 3 things would you want to change about lawyers?
