Welfare Power of Attorney
Apr 23rd, 2007 at 2:27pm

My mother lives in scotland and has asked for my brother and myself to set up welfare power of attorney for her. this would be under scottish law, and my brother lives in scotland as well. i live in england, is there any problem with me being a second signatory?
