Change of Fathers Name on Original Birth Cert
Jul 16th, 2007 at 11:23am

I need to change the original birth certificate.
The Father Name as it appears is incorrect - and after DNA Testing we now know the correct Fathers Name!
However, this Birth Cert is 50 years old.
We understand that a decree under Parentage/Non-Parentage Section 18 A need to be obtained.

How do we start?
