i have had a case ongoing for 8 yep 8 years culminating in a proof at the court of session edinburgh in 2006,in 2004 i was sequestrated but although both my solicitor and qc new this and of course my trustee not one of them thought to tell the defender in my case aand so on that fateful morning i was informe that the defender was calling for caution and as i am on a low income with no savings i could not carry on the case,now two years later i am representing myself having sold my houses paid off my debt,do i have any comeback on the qc and soliciotr involved for this mistake and i was aksed  yesterday about law of worth,any help please
