legal aid representation
Nov 17th, 2009 at 2:12pm

Angry I think legal aid payment should be looked at how it is paid out to solicitors as if you do not get the proper representation from your solicitor and dispence with thier services then it is almost impossible to get someone else to act on your behalf.
It is my proposal that legal aid shold only be paid on conclussion of case so that your solicitor should be seen to be acting and representing you to the best of thier ability
