I was subjected to an assult few years ago involving a sexual element. Developed mental health issues mainly suicide attempts and voice due due to stress.
 
After say 5 years of being stable and no more convictions, currently 3 breach of the peace.  What are your opinion on the Law society allowing me to progress, can't find any policy on them dealing with applicants with convictions.

ps.  One Breach had mod knife beside it on the Scottish Criminal History print out I got as part of my subject access request to Police.This worries me greatly makes me sound as if I was running around with a knife!!
