Scottish Divorce

I am new member online as I am seeking advise and hoping I can get some chat on this matter.

I am working overseas and my wife wishes to seperate which I have agreed too.
now the problems is that she and her lawyer have made everything difficult for me including delaying the sale of our house to the point the sale fell through!
So I am expected to continue paying the mortgage and all other bills while my wife sits in the house waiting for her pot of gold! She has not worked for over two years
now her solicitor is withdrawing her offer to settle and wants to investigate me further and wants permission to speak to my bank manager, accountant, solicitor and company accountant -- is this mandatory??
I cannot afford a solicitor and although my 'wife' is using a top solicitor she has not paid one penny yet and does not even know how much it is costing her
sorry if i go on too much on first posting

Finally at what point can she and her solicitor take me to court??

Hi - if you post your question on the section Legal Advice  and Questions you will be more likely to get an answer to your query.
