Bail conditions...

Hi, can someone please anwser this for me?  My son was arrested a few weekends ago then released on an undertaking to appear two weeks later but when he went to court the p.f had decieded not to prosecute that day, he wasnt given another date to appear. what does this meen? is he still on bail?

If the PF decided not to proceed with the charges the the case is over. The bail undertaking would have been restricted to turning up at court which he did. However, the PF may have decided not to proceed at the moment so he may get cited to appear at a later date.
