IP losing UK companies business?
Feb 25th, 2012 at 6:35pm

Is the complex IP clauses inside international tenders losing the UK business? Firms are avoiding bidding where IP clauses get  very complex in international trade and require unlimited indemnity against proven and unproven IP rights in any forum. Any comments from you professionals. I am just an engineer who backs out (and workers lose jobs) if no bids made.
