Solicitors (Scotland) (Standards of Conduct) Pract
Jul 25th, 2012 at 10:03am
Are law graduates (post Diploma) governed by the practice rules and Code of Ethics in the same way as a trainee?

I think I am right in saying that in Eng and Wales this is the case. I believe it is also the case for Accountants as they are governed by the rules before they are even fully qualified.

Can anyone enlighten me as to the situation in Scotland?
