Can i raise an action against A4E work provider.
Jul 26th, 2012 at 5:48am

My problem is that i used to be on the work programme with A4E until i moved to the borders. A4E were informed and accepted that i was moving.
However, for some unknown reason A4E decided to apply sanctions against my benefit and now my benefit has been cut.
I am also barred from applying for crisis loans due to this.

I have kept the jobcentre up to date and they even updated my details with working links so as far as i can tell - ive done nothing wrong.

What action if any can i take up against A4E for the misery they have caused, ie no food, electricity.

Yes, managed to successfully appeal against this and benefits restored.
Only thing is, others who have appealed against sanctions were given 50 compensation - surely i should have been compensated too.
