Release of Body for Burial or Cremation
Nov 26th, 2015 at 11:40pm
If a death is subject to a Fatal Accident Inquiry, might it happen that a body would not be released to the family until the sheriff issues his/her determination?

I also wonder if sheriffs have a range of stock conclusions from which to choose (death by misadventure, accidental death etc) or whether each determination argued in its own right.
