Does negligence in the court room have a time bar ? Is it when the loss is discovered or when the mistake that createdthe loss is discovered. and what would be the best reference for this and where obtained.

The only case I know of is called Anderson - which I think involved a criminal case.

I think the time bar would be 5 years.

Does the act apply to negligence by solicitors acting in the purchase of property in Scotland?
