Any advise regarding immigrating with family although I have recently separated from their father

The issue is first whether the father will consent. If so there is no problem. If he doesn't then you will have to get a court order effectively allowing you to emigrate with the kids and the test will be what's in their best interests. Is it better for them to go away with you to start a new (better?) life but perhaps lose contact with their father or to stay here and keep that contact going? It all depends on the circumstances of each case. You should seek legal advice.
