Prescription & Limitation Act 1973
Feb 25th, 2007 at 12:38am

Does negligence in the court room have a time bar ? Is it when the loss is discovered or when the mistake that createdthe loss is discovered. and what would be the best reference for this and where obtained.

The only case I know of is called Anderson - which I think involved a criminal case.

I think the time bar would be 5 years.
