hi im currently doing an opening law course with the open university and was wondering if anybody could help me with a question in law a person must have the mental capacity to be able to exercise their rights and responsibilities explain how the law decides who has the required mental capacity id be greatful for any tips on how to answer this question only have three weeks to get essay done and in if anyboby can help email me on nicolaethompson@live.co.uk

Age of Legal Capacity (Scotland) Act 1991
Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000.
