Forcing Property Sale
Jun 25th, 2015 at 12:32pm
I own a country hotel with two other people, my ex long term partner and her daughter. I was forced to vacate the property because of ill health and a breakdown of the relationship.
They are running the business ad hoc, to devalue the property.
Recently i have been diagnosed with Epilepsy and would like my share of the value so i can move on and enjoy what i have left.
How do i force them to pay me my third of the value, through a loan or through the sale of the assets.
They would like to split the property, sell the hotel, keep the grounds with a park home and caravan sited.
I own a third of the whole and would like a fair payout.
