About the Chat Room:
I have taken the chat room off line after noticing abuse by some of its users.

The New Chat Room:
The new chat room is available now for all registered users of the Scottish Law Online Discussion Forum. The new room provides this site with a vastly increased level of control of users and control over language abuse. I warn you though that as with the old room, it is not monitored. Sadly the colour scheme is a bit shabby so if you have any suggestions for new colours let me know.

Where to go now:
Go to the Discussion Forum Community and select "Register". An e-mail will be sent to you with your password. Use this to login to the Discussion Forum and scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Join Chat". Alternatively, post messages in the Discussion Forum (Belletin Board). It's not as instant as a chat room but it is more likely that you will get a helpful response. The Discussion Forum can be accessed by clicking the following link:
