Comments... Kevin is did not review this site - all comments and marks are from Delia. Design is nice and clean although personally I could do without the Flash elements which slow down the loading (speed would have been around 20 seconds rather than 36 if the Flash logo, of 103K, was excluded). Good information on the firm stressing its multi-jurisdictional and also international approach and also mentioning an impressive list of clients. Good reviews of partners and associates and pictures. Each of the many work areas is a meaty section on its own with links to the particular lawyers, recent work, publications and seminars. There is a substantial links section with descriptions of the resources available. An interesting feature is a secure online dealroom and extranet service, known as McGrigor Donald Exchange or MdeX and based on iManage software. The user can look at a demonstration version of this. There are a large number of publications available on the site in all the major work areas, some in pdf format and the viewer can register for email updates.

The Tours are also published along with a much more detailed commentary in the Internet Newsletter for Lawyers which has been awarded Best Legal Journal for 2001 by the British and Irish Association of Law Librarians (BIALL). The newsletter features articles and stories from lawyers in the UK on topical issues affecting the legal internet and the information technology world. To find out how to subscribe, click here.
